You and your pet’s satisfaction are our number one priority at Marketorys. We want your time with us to be a PAWsitive one. If things don’t go according to plan, we are here to help!
Returns are eligible within 30 days of the purchase date. Your item must be unused in the same condition as you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging including all stickers and inserts. Merchandise returned not in the received original condition and packaging may result in a restocking fee of 25% percent or may not qualify for a refund.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days unless it’s a manufacturing defect.
If your item has a manufacture damage or defect that was not caused by you or your pet, we will pay for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please reach out to us immediately at [email protected] with photos and stop the use of the product if that is the case.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. Refunds can only be given to the same credit card the purchase was made on.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, Marketorys discount of 15% are allowed for returns or exchanges and are not considered a sale discount.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Buyer’s Remorse
If the refund request is for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item has been used, we cannot accept it back for a full refund. If the product is not received in a new, unopened condition, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25%.
Initiate Returns
To initiate a return, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Marketorys. by emailing [email protected].
All packages that are returned with no Return Authorization Number will be refused. Marketorys will not be held responsible for any lost packages.
Please make sure you include the RA# inside the box with your returned items.
Refunds
We will initiate a refund depending on the condition the return is in. You will be notified when a refund has been issued. Refunds will be issued to your original payment form.
Refunds will take up to 3 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Third-Party
Returns are only accepted for items purchased for Petique products. Petique does not accept returns of items purchased through any third party, including any retail partners. If you did not purchase on our website, please contact the original seller. Marketorys is not responsible for these purchases.
Changes and Cancellations
Only order cancellations and changes within 2 hours of order placement are guaranteed. After that, depending on how far along your order fulfillment is, we may not be able to make any updates or changes.
If you need to change any detail or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel your order after it has already shipped, we will charge a fee equal to 15% of the order value to cover associated shipping costs and redirect fees.
If you need to change the shipping address after your order has shipped, we will charge a redirection fee that is subject to change depending on the location.

Based on the manufacturer Hello Doggie requirements (of which we can't control), returns are only acceptable if the product is defective or has a manufacturing defect, claims must be made within 5 business days. We assume no responsibility with respect to the use or misuse of the products we sell. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.

PETKIT is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If our products don’t meet your expectations, you can easily return them within 30 days for a refund, and you'll only need to cover the cost of return shipping.
Cancellation:
PETKIT accepts an order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. If the order has already been processed, there may be a small fee deducted from the refund amount to cover the costs incurred during the interception of the order. We cannot cancel the order if the product is shipped out. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected the item(s) back from you. After it is approved, we will process refunds within 14 business days.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
You may return your units within 30 days for any reason, and only the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
You have the option to either arrange the return shipment yourself or we can provide a return shipping label for you, with the charge deducted from your refund.
Return shipping from areas beyond the contiguous 48 states may result in additional shipping charges.
Cat litter is not eligible for returns or refunds. Opened purifying liquid refills, desiccants, filters, and trash bags, as well as used cat litter mats, pet brushes, and toys, are not returnable or refundable.
Returns must include all accessories.
Petkit will bear the shipping costs for product quality problems. Customers will need to pay for shipping on returns unrelated to product quality.
All products should be cleaned prior to return. Units returned in unclean conditions may be charged a $25 cleaning fee deducted from your refund.
Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days of Petkit receiving the device. For customers who paid with debit or credit cards, it may take up to 30 days for the refunds to be processed.
If you’ve purchased your Petkit product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed in 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method ( E.g. credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods) within a certain amount of days. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete address or other reasons, and we are unable to contact the customer after three attempts, a refund will be issued with the shipping costs deducted, as reshipment cannot be arranged. To avoid any delays or complications, please ensure that your shipping information is accurate.
